Yosemite Valley- Accessed from the west/south side of the park. The best locations for each type of photo session:

Elopements: El Capitan Meadow, Cathedral Beach, Tunnel View (sunrise only, for privacy), Cascades Picnic Area, Swinging Bridge Picnic Area, Sentinel Beach

Portraits: Tunnel View, Cathedral Beach & Sentinel Beach, Cook's Meadow / Chapel Meadow / Swinging Bridge area, Lower Yosemite Falls, Mirror Lake (seasonal — check water levels)

Glacier Point Road (seasonal, roughly May–October): Accessed from the west/south side of the park

Elopements: Taft Point, Glacier Point, Sentinel Dome

Portraits: Glacier Point (also a strong portrait backdrop, not just ceremony site): The Tioga Road / High Country cluster is directly reachable from your 395/Lee Vining route, and only when the pass is open.
